I have had 3 cleaners prior to you in the past two years. They did not correspond with me well & were unreliable; often not turning up, then showing a week later, at random, without notice. The 1st two were from large cleaning companies! My last one (had for 2 months), had a badly broken arm & couldn’t do much 🤯. I felt bad for her & helped her with the difficult cleaning, leaving me in pain!
I was uncomfortable speaking with them to address my needs or any issues. All were initially asked to spend up to 2 hours if needed, but would be done in 35 mins, whether there was 1 or 2 workers. The quality was poor & only covered the cleaning chores that I was capable of addressing myself. They actually made my life harder!
So, you understand what a blessing it was to find you. My mum & I have been happily sharing my experience & recommend you to friends & family.
